Hi, my name is Michael Christian Borchgrevink Lund, currently based in Lausanne.
I am an FNS Senior Researcher working on the EQUALOPP project at the Swiss Centre of Expertise in Life Course Research LIVES University of Lausanne (UNIL) while completing my PhD at University Carlos III (UC3M). My doctoral research is part of the ECHO-ERC project at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), within the Institute of Economics, Geography, and Demography (IEGD).
I hold a master’s degree (2022) in Social Science from the Juan March Institute (IC3JM) at UC3M.
My PhD dissertation explores how family structures and social environments shape children's health and well-being, particularly in the face of life disruptions.
Also part of the INTRAREPRO project.
Research Areas: Health inequalities, mortality, life course, social support, social stratification & migration.
